Article 185 Unless otherwise required, the Company, according to regulations or having received permission to send by public notice or to deliver any notice, shall publish public notice in at least one national newspaper approved by the authority in charge of the administration of securities in the State Council, and if possible, the Company shall publish on the same date such a notice in English in one of the major English newspapers in Hong Kong and in Chinese in one of the major Chinese newspapers in Hong Kong.

Article 186 The Articles of Association are written in Chinese. If any discrepancies arise between versions in different languages, the Chinese articles shall prevail.
