For the year ended 31 December 2004, the board of the directors of the company has compiled with the Code of Best Practice set out in Appendix 14of the Listing Rules.
      To comply with the requirement from the latest version of the Listing Rules, the Company will incorporate “Corporate Governance Report” in its interim report and annual report starting from 2005 interim report.
