The board of directors has established a nomination committee, which is comprised of three directors with Mr. Xu Baling as the Chairman.

The nomination committee was established in March 2008. Its duties are to study the selection criteria and procedures of directors, supervisors and other senior management staff and to nominate appropriate candidates to the board of directors; to review the candidates for the positions of directors, supervisors and other senior management staff and to make recommendations in this regard.
