The board of directors has established a strategic committee, which is comprised of three directors with Mr. Fung Ching as the Chairman.
The strategic committee was established in March 2008. Its duties are to make recommendations in respect of long term development strategic plans of the Company; to study major investment financing plans and major capital utilizations which are subject to director’s approval pursuant to the requirements of Memorandum and Articles of Association and to make recommendations in this regard; to study other material matters which will affect the development of the Company and to make recommendations in this regard. |
