Meilan Airport security audit information session was held on 24th April, Meilan Airport with 97.99 high scores passed the security audit by CAAC (Civil Aviation Administration of China).
From 21st to 24th April, audit group of the CAAC central and Southern Regional Administration commissioned by CAAC make aeronautical security audit to Meilan Airport. It audited security management airfield safety, Visual aids, apron security, fire control safety, emergency rescue, fuel supply security, passenger transportation management, cargo post transportation management and dangerous goods transportation management etc 10 aspects, every aspect covered organization management, regulation system, operation management, resources arrangement, and information management, emergency handing and staff training etc 7 elements. All audit standards were according to the security audit guide of civil aviation and security audit manual of the civil aviation. After carefully check and inspect by audit experts, security management system of Meilan airport is up to the standards required.
Meilan Airport put security work in first place, carry out work card and emergency card system, control zone scores management system，SMS system building and safety management system continuously improving, which has created 10 years accident-free safety record.
