Our exclusive worldwide guarantee assures customers that DFS will stand by its products and will exchange, repair or accept the return of merchandise when accompanied by a receipt.
 
  DFS is an entrepreneurial business, yet we have a deep appreciation for the many relationships that have made us successful. Our history and our future are based on the building and maintaining of partnerships in all facets of our business, and this is an essential part of the DFS culture. First and foremost, at the heart of DFS is our team of employees around the world who are united in our mission to be the best travel retailer in the industry.
