On January 1, 2025, Sino-Singapore (Hainan) Airport Commercial Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Sino-Singapore Airport), a joint venture between Haikou Meilan International Airport (hereinafter referred to as Meilan Airport), a subsidiary of Hainan Development Holdings Ltd., and Changi Airports International (hereinafter referred to as Changi Airport), was officially launched.
