Haikou Meilan International Airport WIFI has covered Terminal 1, Terminal 2 and aviation tourism city. Passengers can use mobile phones, tablet computers or laptops to access the Internet through free WIFI at Meilan Airport.

Service Content

Haikou Meilan International Airport WiFi Access Guide:

I. Select the network: Airport WiFi Free-Meilan.

II. Open any webpage through your browser, and you will be redirected to the WiFi login page.

III. If automatic redirection fails, you can manually copy the following URL: https://wifi.mlairport.com:8443/portal, and paste it into the browser to log in.

IV. Choose authentication methods:

01. SMS-Based Authentication: Search and select the country or region code, enter your mobile phone number, receive a verification code via SMS, enter the verification code, and click login.

Note: If your mobile phone number is not a Chinese mainland number, ensure your international roaming service is activated to receive the verification SMS.

02. Self-service Ticket Machine Authentication: You can obtain WiFi access credentials by using valid identification documents, such as ID cards, passports, or Hong Kong and Macao Travel Permits, at the WiFi ticket machines. Specific installation locations and operating steps are as follows:

2) Ticket Machine Operating Steps:

Step 1: On the home screen of the ticket machine, select the corresponding document type based on the document you hold.

Step 2: Place the document face down and push it into the document recognition area.

Step 3: After the document is recognized, the screen will display the WiFi credentials (username and password). You can print the credentials if needed.

Step 4: Enable the WiFi function on your device and connect to the airport passenger WiFi network named Airport WiFi Free-Meilan. The authentication page will pop up automatically; if not, you may need to manually access it through the WiFi settings.

Step 5: On the authentication page, select "Account Authentication," enter the username and password obtained from the ticket machine, and click Login.

Step 6: You will be prompted upon successful authentication and can then start using the internet.

Introduction

The emergency center of Haikou Meilan International Airport is an emergency rescue organization in the airport, with six medical centers, such as emergency center, emergency station and emergency room, all of which are on duty 24 hours a day. The configured ambulance vehicles and facilities are formulated according to GB18040-2019 Requirements of Emergency Medical Service Facilities and Equipments for Civil Transport Airport. The scope of medical practice is preventive health care, general medicine, internal medicine, surgery, emergency medicine, medical laboratory and traditional Chinese medicine.

Service Content

Undertake medical assistance for passing passengers (responsible for emergency visits), medical assistance and health consultation for critically ill passengers. Provide all kinds of high-quality medical services for the vast number of passengers and on-site employees.
