General Information of Parking Lot

The parking lot is located on the north side of the Haikou Airport City of Meilan International Airport, with two entrances and four exits. It consists of 2nd to 11th floors above ground, and has 3,059 parking lots. It Building is equipped with multiple intelligent systems, such as 24-hour monitoring, automatic identification, senseless payment. There are barrier-free parking spaces on the 2nd and 4th floors respectively, there are four car rental offices on the 8th, 9th,10th and 11th floors respectively to provide you with exclusive services.

Charging Standard

Applicable to: Motor vehicles

Fees: CNY 8 for the first hour,with an increase of CNY 3 per hour thereafter.

Deion: Motor vehicles

The vehicle parking in the lot for less than 1 hour will be charged according to the parking time of 1 hour. 24 consecutive hours will be taken as one billing cycle, for which the maximum charge will not exceed the CNY 50.

Fuel-consuming vehicles: No service fee will be charged if the parking time is less than 20 minutes (inclusive), and it will be charged according to the full actual parking time when the parking time is more than 20 minutes.

New-energy vehicles: No service fee will be charged if the parking time is less than 30 minutes (inclusive), and it will be charged according to the full actual parking time when the parking time is more than 30 minutes.

Payment Method:Cash, Alipay, Wechat pay.

Note: The vehicle will be charged no fee for exiting within 20 minutes after self-service payment, and will be charged with another billing cycle in which the first-hour fee of CNY 8 will be re-countedif the parking time is more than 20 minutesafter self-service payment.

Tips

The indoor parking entrance is set up with a height limit of 2m, and vehicles with a height more than 2m can be parked in the open-air parking lots.

After self-service payment is made in the Parking Lot, the vehicle can be parked free of charge for 20 minutes, and a fee will be charged according to the charging standard if the vehicle is parked for any more time there after.

Please lock the car door and take valuables with you.

It takes about 3-5 minutes to walk from T1 Parking Lot to domestic hall of Terminal 1, Please off the vehicles in reasonable location after taking into account of the walk time above.

It has two underground floors (three floors partly,B2\B1\B1M), and five above-ground floors (F1\F2\F3\F4\top floor), including 3,536 parking lots. There are new energy charging piles on floors 1-3 above ground (F1\F2\F3) and underground floors B1 and B1m to provide vehicle charging services for your car.

Considerate Service: Carfinding APP

The "practical tool" for car finding has been put into use online. The QR codes of the APP for car finding are ed beside Gates No.1 to 4 on the first floor of T2 Parking Lot. You may find your car with the guide of simulated navigation by entering the license plate number or parking lot number. There are 3,441 parking lots, and you will definitely find the one waiting for you.

It is very easy to use! Step 1: Turn on the Bluetooth of your phone.

(Passenger's personal position needs to be located via Bluetooth, so please remember to turn it on ~)

Step 2:Scan the APP QR code with WeChat (scanning)

Step 3: Enter the interface and input the license plate number according to the on-screen prompts

Step 4: Walk to the car with the guide of the simulated navigation

There are many functions of the car finding APP, which can be used to realize 1) car finding with license platenumber, 2) car finding with parking lot number; 3) vacancy lot navigationand 4) facilities navigationjust by following the prompts on the page.

Considerate service: Meeting area of T2 Parking Lot

T2 Parking Lot has set up a meeting area on the first floor for convenience of passengers, in which the light boxes are introduced to make signs brighter and more obvious. It can be used as a meeting place for passengers and drivers. A continuous guide sign to the meeting area is added at the entrance. The meeting area is equipped with seating facilities and an information service table to provide inquiry and resting services for passengers.

The parking lots adopts automatic vehicle identification system. There are 827 parking spaces in total. The parking areas A1 and C are for buses, and A1-10 and B1-10 are for small and medium-sized vehicles. Please park the bus in the bus parking area.

Charging Standard

I. Fees for temporary parking in open-air parking lots

(1) Small-sized motor vehicles (less than 12 seats or less than 1 ton): CNY 6 per hour in the first hour, and CNY 3 per hour after the first hour

(2) Medium-sized motor vehicles (13-24 seats or 1-5 tons): CNY 8 per hour in the first hour, and CNY 5 per hour after the first hour

(3) Large-sized motor vehicles (more than 25 seats or more than 5 tons): CNY 15 per hour for the first hour, and CNY 8 per hour after the first hour

Payment Method:Wechat pay, Alipay, Unionpay.

II. Fees for overnight parking in open-air parking lots

Payment Method:Cash, Alipay, Wechat pay.

Small-sized motor vehicles (less than 12 seats or less than 1 ton): CNY 30 for the first 24 hours, and CNY 15 every 12 hours after the first 24 hours (the parking time of less than 12 hours will be taken as 12 hours in calculating the fee)

Medium-sized motor vehicles (13-24 seats or 1-5 tons): CNY 35 for the first 24 hours, and CNY 17.5 every 12 hours after the first 24 hours (the parking time of less than 12 hours will be taken as 12 hours in calculating the fee)

Large-sized motor vehicles (more than 25 seats or more than 5 tons): CNY 40 for the first 24 hours, and CNY 20 every 12 hours after the first 24 hours (the parking time of less than 12 hours will be taken as 12 hours in calculating the fee)
