I. Groups Eligible for Free Ride

To provide passengers with a more convenient travel experience, the following groups are entitled to free electric cart service to boarding gates within the security-restricted area:

Elderly passengers: 60 years old and above (based on the date of birth shown on ID card);

Children: 6 years old and under, or 1.2m in height and below (measured against onsite height markers);

Pregnant women: assessed by physical appearance or upon presentation of a prenatal examination certificate;

Disabled passengers or passengers with reduced mobility who require assistance;

Passengers registering as members of Meilan Airport's mini-program for the first time.

II. Service Fee

¥10/person/trip (standard charge applies to passengers not included Section I above).

III. Operating Hours & Routes

Hours: Adjusted daily per flight schedule, from 2 hours before the day's first scheduled departure until boarding is completed for the last flight of the day.

Pick-up Points & Routes:

Pick-up Point 1: Central Commercial Street, middle pick-up point (behind Security Channels 19-20);

Pick-up Point 2: Central Commercial Street, east-side pick-up point (behind Security Channels 9-10).

Routes:

Southeast-Northeast concourses (marked with red arrows);

Southwest-Northwest concourses (marked with red arrows).
